At Fit-N-Kids, our members develop all the fundamental mechanics for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Our youth fitness programs provide the basic foundational skills needed to prepare the youth for any type of sport or activity they may want to pursue, recreationally or competitively.
Mental growth (goals, academics, perseverance, grit)
Physical growth (lose weight, tone up, get fit)
Character growth (leadership, confidence, self esteem, teamwork)
In addition to our core youth fitness classes, we also offer recreational and competitive gymnastics, ballet, and martial arts.Ā
